We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You can always contact us for any return question at contact@besottedlure.com. We reply to all customer messages within 1-5 workdays.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We pride ourselves on producing the best lures in the industry. We stand behind our products and guarantee them against manufacturing defects. If you feel that you have received a defective product, please reach out to us for assistance and return instructions at contact@besottedlure.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
FREE GIFTS
To receive a full refund, replacement, or a gift card, you must also return the free gift. If you don’t do this, the amount will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift.
